Craftsman Press Acquires Catterton Printing

CHEVERLY, MD, September 2, 2010: Craftsman Press of Cheverly, MD announced today that it has acquired the assets of Catterton Printing of Waldorf MD. Both companies are providers of direct mail services and fulfillment services to regional and national markets. The transaction was completed on August 19. The combined company will be located in the Craftsman 186,000 square foot facility in Cheverly MD.
